Submersible Motor

SPCO submersible motors (UGM Series) are designed as rewindable, wet stator type motors lubricated and cooled with the water filled in. They are three phase squirrel cage motors for clean water deep well submersible pumps.

SPCO submersible motors with mechanical seal designed especially for sandy water and have a proven success i the field are filled with water before shipment to be ready for operation.

Hot Water Circulators Pumps

Applications:
1. Domestic central heating systems
2. Heat pumps
3. Drinking water (without aggressive, abrasive and solid particles)

In-line Circulating Pump

The PD types are single stage in line centrifugal pumps, equipped with standard motor and mechanical seal. Comparing with other pumps in similar structure, these pumps are less accessible to the impurity in the liquid.

The pumps are applicable for clean, attenuate, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquid which shall not contain any solid grain and fiber that might damage the pump mechanically or chemically.

Stainless Steel Submersible Pump

SPCO submersible pump UG and UGA for deep well starting from 4" (DN 100) and with flow up to 280 m3/h. All essential parts, such as shaft, impellers and intermediate chambers are made of fully stainless steel AISI 304. The sealings are made of corrosion- and chemical resistant materials and the bearings consist of hard metal/ceramic combination.
The light stainless steel construction allows high efficiency through which the energy consumption is drastically reduced. The cost and time for installation is lower due to the light weight of the stainless steel sheet metal pump construction.

Coolant and Condensate Pumps

UGK(N) is non-self priming multi-stage centrifugal pump installed with standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected with the pump shaft through coupling. According to the requirement the pump can be equipped with intelligent protector, which effectively protects pump from dry rotation, phase lack, overload, etc. In order to meet the requirement of installation depth of the water tank or vessel, it is possible to install cavity body for changing length of the pump. Length for different number of stages is shown in the dimension & weight table and the table of products supplying scope.

Applications: UGK(N) is used for conveying cooling liquid and condensation water of machine tools, industrial cleaning equipment or other cases that application of immerged pump is suitable, and is applicable to various temperature, flow and pressure ranges.

Sewage Pumps

The submersible pump is widely accepted by the industry all over the world since it was developed, it is the best method to save the cost and easy for operation.

Applications:
- Drainage of waste water from the liberation tank, purifying tank and sewage tank in water treatment plant.
- Drainage of waste water and inclusion containing fibrous admixtures from leather factory, dyeing factory and food processing factory.
- Sewage management, accumulated water, septic tank, stock farm.
- Pumping sewage from dingle and multifamily dwelings.
- Pumping sewage from hotels, restaurants, schools and public buildings.

Horizontal Closed Coupled Pumps

CC pump series are designed and manufactured to the European Standard DIN 24255. This is a closed coupled version. The advantage is that the pump can be fitted to IEC standard electric motors. This provides a wide range of motor to select from. Meanwhile, an extra bearing has been set onto the connecting rack in order to make the pump's performances more stable.

Applications: Cooling water, Pressure Boosting, De-watering, Fire Protection, Plumbing.
